Bluebonnet Playguard has an “All Sales Final” policy with some exceptions. Upon booking, a 30% deposit will be charged to the client. The remaining balance is due within 7 days and before delivery of the Digital Safety Portfolio or Physical Safety Portfolio. Bluebonnet Playguard will refund 1/3 of the initial deposit if the appointment is canceled 48+ hours before scheduled start. This deposit ensures the cost of planning, bidding, and rental equipment deposits (if applicable) is covered. 

After remaining balance is paid in full, and the safety documentation has been delivered, refunds will no longer be offered. The only exception to this policy is gross negligence on the inspector’s part. The negligence must be found by a relevant agency, and supporting documentation must be provided.
